Delivery times
We produce your garments in small batches which means that there can be a short wait for you to receive your garment.
We aim to deliver within 2-4 weeks where possible. If your order is urgent please contact us upon ordering.
If you have not received your order within 4 weeks please get in touch.
Proof of postage is obtained for every order. If your parcel is deemed lost by Royal Mail a replacement will be sent to you
asap. Refunds will not be issued on lost parcels unless a replacement is not available.
Returns and refunds
If for any reason you don't love your item please email us on info@frockgoddess.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order for a return confirmation email and return address. Items should be returned within 14 days of the return confirmation email from us.
Unless your item is faulty you are required to pay the postage cost of returning the item yourself.
If your item is faulty we will refund, repair, or replace it with an item of the same value. We will also refund the cost of your postage to send the item back to us.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the item from you.
Any items being returned to us must be unworn and unwashed and still have the label attached. Any item showing signs or wash or wear will be returned to you and no refund will be given.
